“Our rice mill burns rice husk to generate steam for our parboiling process and we get rice husk ash as by product. While most factories uses rice husk ash as land fill, we choose to add value to it and make rice ash concrete block. Because rice husk has high silica content, our rice ash concrete block is strong but lighter than traditional concrete block and is suitable to be in most applications that traditional concrete blocks are used. Since it’s lighter than traditional concrete block, you can also save on foundation costs when constructing using rice ash concrete block. Our factory office is also built from our own rice ask concrete blocks – let’s not waste “the waste”
